🌸✨ **R.A.R.E. COMMUNITY PARTNER SPOTLIGHT!** ✨🌸

We are so grateful to have Unlimited Style Salon & Hair Loss Center as one of our R.A.R.E. Community Partners for our first cohort and graduation! 💕🙌🏾

We are excited to announce that Unlimited Style Salon & Hair Loss Center will be providing our R.A.R.E. girls with a Beauty Workshop Experience on November 7th 💇🏾‍♀️✨

We are currently planning the details, and we can't wait to give our girls an opportunity to learn about beauty, explore new skills, and discover ways they can turn their talents and creativity into income and entrepreneurship opportunities.💰💕

One of the things that makes R.A.R.E. unique is that we want our girls to understand the importance of supporting the businesses and people within their own communities. We want them to see that there are opportunities all around them—and that they can one day become the business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders they see today.

This partnership is about more than a beauty workshop. It's about exposure, skill-building, entrepreneurship, confidence, and connection. 🌱

And we also have to take a moment to say THANK YOU to our R.A.R.E. parents! 💕🥹

Thank you for believing in us and trusting us to spend 2 hours a week for 6 weeks with your girls. This was our very first program, and having parents who were willing to trust the vision, give us a chance, and support us along the way meant more than you know.

Throughout these 6 weeks, we heard things like:

💗 “We love what y’all are doing!”

💗 “We know more girls who need this.”

💗 “We’re excited about the next cohort!”

Those words truly touched our hearts.

And honestly, we know the impact wasn't just on the girls. We made an impact on the parents too. 🥹 Watching parents become excited about what their girls were learning, asking questions, sharing feedback, and looking forward to what comes next reminded us that when you pour into a child, you often pour into the whole family.

We appreciate every parent who went with our flow, kept the communication open, encouraged their girls to show up, and showed up themselves.

Because let's be real... starting something new comes with a lot of learning, adjusting, and figuring things out along the way. 😂 But y'all gave us the space to learn and grow right alongside you.

We truly couldn't have done this without your willingness to show up and trust us with your girls.

From providing us with a space and equipment each week to making sure our girls had lunch, helping with whatever we needed, and simply being there to support the vision Way2Real truly showed up for R.A.R.E. 👏🏽

Celebrating these girls for completing a program that pushed them outside of their comfort zones was so necessary. 💕🎓

That’s why we are so grateful for Creative Minds Healthcare PLLC for helping make graduation such a beautiful and special moment for our girls!

The decor was TOP TIER, especially considering how little time Ms. Monique had to pull everything together. She truly came through and blessed us with her gift of decorating. From the moment the girls walked into the space, the ambience was giving “ I AM RISING ABOVE REGULAR EXPECTATIONS!” 👑✨

And that is exactly what we wanted them to feel.

These girls worked hard, stepped outside of their comfort zones, built connections, learned about themselves, and grew together. They deserved to walk into a space that made them feel celebrated, seen, and special.

So we have to give a HUGE shoutout to Creative Minds Healthcare PLLC for going the extra mile to help make their graduation one they will always remember. 💗

🎓✨ WE DID IT! R.A.R.E. GRADUATION WAS A SUCCESS! ✨🎓

We are so proud to celebrate 14 incredible girls who completed the very first R.A.R.E. Girls Network Summer Program! 💕🌟

What started as a dream has become a REALITY, and we could not have done it without the support of our families, mentors, volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and everyone who believed in this vision and helped us bring it to life.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be celebrating this accomplishment by sharing special graduation moments and giving a HUGE shoutout to all of our amazing sponsors who invested in our girls and this mission. 💐
