✨ TAPPS is looking for volunteers! ✨
As we prepare to launch the Becoming Her Leadership Academy, we are looking for women who are passionate about encouraging and supporting teen girls.
Becoming Her is a 8-week leadership and mentoring program focused on helping young women grow in:
đź’– Confidence
🌱 Identity
🤝 Healthy relationships
đź‘‘ Leadership
We are currently seeking volunteers who would be willing to assist with:
âś” Encouragement and mentorship
âś” Session support
âś” Check-in and organization
âś” Helping create a positive and welcoming environment
You do not have to be perfect — just supportive, encouraging, and willing to invest in young women.

✨ Introducing: Becoming Her ✨

An 8-week leadership program for teen girls (ages 13–17) focused on:
đź’– Confidence
🌱 Identity
🤝 Healthy relationships
đź‘‘ Leadership

Becoming Her is designed to create a safe, supportive space where young women can grow, reflect, and discover who they are becoming.

This summer we’re preparing to launch our first cohort — and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

I’m excited to officially share the launch of TAPPS Teen Mentoring & Life Coaching 💫

TAPPS is a youth mentoring initiative focused on helping teens build confidence, develop leadership skills, and make healthy life decisions through structured programs and support.

Our first program, Becoming Her, is a leadership academy for teen girls designed to help them grow in confidence, identity, and purpose.

This has been something on my heart for years, and I’m excited to begin serving youth in our Fayetteville community.
