This week one of our Founding Board Members, Jason Goza, got to see his faith become sight. Passing from this physical life, to his heavenly life. To honor him, his family has asked to set up this fund to benefit Comido School in Eldoret, Kenya.

Jason's leadership, influence, generosity, and Christ-like servant heart is a guiding example of all that we long for this ministry to be for the glory of Christ. Jason and his family spent the last 7 years championing and supporting efforts at Comido School in Eldoret, Kenya as well as other efforts in Asia. It is in this spirit that his family would like to honor him by setting up this fund. All donations will be used in his honor toward the various discipleship, nutrition, education, and sanitation efforts he championed at Comido School.
Furthermore, the twenty8 | twenty7 Board would like to honor Jason and his family by building and naming Comido School's first permanent classroom building after them. This building effort has been a shared goal and one we discussed many times, both onsite and back here in the States. This first building would provide a proper facility for the growing and proven educational and life-giving kingdom work that is happening on the ground in the Huruma Slum. Jason was onsite when we opened much needed temporary classrooms back in January of 2016, and these have now begun deteriorating. Jason's influence on our vision, our values, and our ex*****on has shaped this ministry and will continue to do so in the coming years. It will be an amazing day and culmination of many years of his input, planning, and reshaping upon its opening.
