Girlz With Skilz is exploring a new opportunity to help women break into the construction industry! Imagine a program where:

🔨 You earn $15/hour while attending a 6-month trade school on a scholarship.
🔨 After completing your training, you work as a paid apprentice for 6 months with general contractors who support our mission.
🔨 In return, you volunteer one weekend a month to help repair homes for senior citizens in need.
🔨 At the end of the program, contractors may have the option to hire you full-time!
