Great Meadows Garden Club The objective of Great Meadows Garden Club is to stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening. and abroad.

Overall, we promote the love of gardening, floral design, and civic and environmental responsibility and we help coordinate the interests and activities of state and local garden clubs in the U.S. We organize, support, arrange and deliver educational and school programs along with a variety of resources to support horticultural and environmental activities. Further, we sponsor many networking oppo

rtunities and special projects in which our members can participate in order to be of service and help our communities on a local, regional, national and international level. On a local level, Great Meadows Garden Club local projects are Civic Beautification in Wharton Township concentrating on the Mountain Area Senior Citizens, Township park & municipal building, and the Veterans War Memorial. Our main focus of dedication is to the Blue Star Memorial, placed in 2007, located at Blue Star Point Lookout, Summit Mountain, Farmington, Pa. The club honors our past, present, and future veterans. We celebrate National Garden Week and provide needed new toys and clothing to Caring People Ministries.
