The Outreach & Communications Coordinator is the lead Fundraising and Development staff and is an integral part of the giving team and management team.
The Outreach & Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and oversight of the organization’s annual fundraising plan.
The Outreach & Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing the strategy of a major gifts program focused on individuals and businesses with an estimated giving capacity of $1,000 or more. Through cultivation, individual solicitation, participation in special events, and effective site visits the Outreach & Communications Coordinator will increase revenues to meet established goals and support the Annual Fund.
The Outreach & Communications Coordinator is responsible for reaching fundraising revenues and budgets.
The Outreach & Communications Coordinator is responsible for managing the volunteer program and organization communications.
This person will assist the Executive Director and will be able to communicate and put into action those ideas with a plan which will support the goals of Ruth’s House. This person will be able to conduct herself/himself with a calm and professional demeanor and an ability to listen to the needs of others.
