[summer intern appreciation post 3/3] Harper Wood rounded out our studio dream-team with some expert-level videography skills, courtesy of the Media Studies program of University of Southern Maine! 📹
We were blown away by how effortlessly she was able to pick up on some of our video projects-in-process, seamlessly carrying forward the narrative voice and editing style, and delivering an impressive range of polished projects worthy of any professional portfolio. 💪
Stay tuned, we’ll be sharing several of these awesome mini-features very soon here! 👀👀
Thank you Harper, and to all our amazing interns!! 🎓

[summer intern appreciation post 2/3] Rae George was sent to us by way of our previous summer intern Edelawit and we are forever grateful she made the trek up from Nashville! 🙏
rae quickly showed us there was no audio challenge we couldn’t throw her way - she proved to be equally fearless and unflappable running live sound for a full day of eclectic performances at All Roads Music Festival, as she was solo camping and summiting Mount Katahdin in the rain. 🫣
We wish she wasn’t so far away, but we are glad to have helped her make a home in Maine.

[summer intern appreciation post 1/3] Laura Souza joined us from Bowdoin College where she holds a work study position as Community Music Outreach Coordinator, and you better believe she coordinated some serious outreach in the music community this summer! 🤝
Our big project together was to help get her school’s recording studio in good working order, and we’re looking forward to hosting some studio production workshops for Bowdoin students this fall to cap it off! 🎛️
Laura is also a talented singer/songwriter in her own right, and it was a true pleasure to host her for some of our summer concerts at [the square]] and Williston-Immanuel United Church. 🤩
We are thrilled to continue working with her!

📍 Bug Light Park. September 13. Music, art, food on the ocean, free and open to all! We couldn't be more thrilled to be the fiscal sponsor for the inaugural year of Brass Roots Fest, the dream of our friend and musical collaborator Marc Chillemi. 🙏 And we can't do it without community support - check the webs for more details on how to get involved, and we’ll see you in a month! 🎶
