Iceland was never on our radar, but I’m so glad we made it here! The town is gorgeous, the crisp cold air feels so fresh, and the food has been out-of-this-world good, especially the fresh fish right off the water. Fun fact: the water here flows straight from natural glaciers through volcanic lava rock, making it so naturally pure and clean straight from the source! ❄️🐟 Completely unexpected, and we hope to go back again. Joe and I loved every minute of it!

Self-Love & Mental Health Day Post
Mental Health Day isn’t just a date on the calendar, it’s a quiet pause to check in with the person who carries me through every single day: myself. Today, I’m reminding myself to lead with kindness inward, offering myself the same grace, patience, and encouragement I so freely give to others. Please remember that you are never alone, and my page is always here as a safe space for you to come smile, feel supported, and be encouraged toward self-love. I don’t have to have everything figured out, and I don’t need to rush through this season. Taking a deep breath, honoring my boundaries, and simply showing up as I am is more than enough. Today and every day, speak gently to yourself, rest when you need to, and remember that taking care of your mind is an act of love. 🌿✨
