We provide you with a full range of estate sale liquidation services resulting from the following life events: Loss of a Family Member ⦁ Downsizing ⦁ Moving & Relocation ⦁ Dissolution of Marriage/Partnership or Debt ⦁ Foreclosure & Liquidation We will organize, arrange/stage, price and display all items to be sold. We will provide adequate staff to work your sale. We will arrange for advertisement

s in the appropriate media. We will dispose of unsold items if you so desire. We offer a variety of options:

(1) On site. This contract covers your traditional estate sale that takes place in the client's home. Items are sold and then the remainders are disposed of or donated to charity. This contract is when an estate company is paid to clean out the contents of an estate with an understanding the items will be sold at a different location, with unsold items returned to client or disposed of by estate sale company.

(3) Consignment. This type of contract specifies and details how the estate company will sell selected items from the estate on consignment in a shop. This is when an estate sale company buys the entire contents of an estate with the understanding all items will be disposed of as the estate sale company sees fit.
