🌟 A champion weekend for Justice Rowing!🏆

Justice Rowers brought home one Gold and two Bronze medals last Saturday at States — and now we’re heading to Nationals! This year, we’re traveling to Tennessee for the 2026 SRAA National Championship Regatta to row our best against the top high school crews in the nation.🏅🥉🥉

💖 We’re so proud of our rowers in the six boats entered — rowing hard in their respective finals — and the accomplishments of all our rowers this season.

🚣🏽‍♂️ Justice Rowing doesn't receive funding from FCPS — the program is fully funded through community support. This fundraiser will help cover the costs of transportation, equipment, and scholarships — opening the waterways to all interested students.

🍂That chill in the air reminds us that our annual Wreath, Poinsettia & Coffee fundraiser is drawing to a close. There is still time to order!

Thanks to your ongoing support, 2025 was a winning year. 🎉 Our rowers medaled in Virginia state and national competitions and our novice rowers flourished on the water. Help keep the momentum going for 2026!

💡Want to help earn money for Justice Rowers and prefer to donate your time rather than funds? 🚗🚙 Volunteer for a shift to support parking for the annual Head of the Occoquan (HOTO) Regatta on Saturday and Sunday, November 1-2, 2025, at Sandy Run, our home at the Occoquan Reservoir.🚣🏻‍♀️

In its 40th year, the HOTO Regatta is a major rowing event hosted by the Occoquan Boat Club (OBC). This year, the event has 759 entries from 90 clubs, both local rowing organizations and clubs from states along the East Coast. You might see former JHS rowers representing their current rowing program!

Glasgow ERG Program Rolls Along 🚣🏽‍♂️
The Glasgow ERG program continues into 2025! Led by our returning rowers, the after-school program allows middle school students to get hands-on with rowing through our rowing machines.

📣 Calling Parent Volunteers!
Once a month, we need 2-3 cars to transport our ERGs and rowers to Glasgow, and about 4-5 rowers to run the program. Please sign up for one — or more! — of the monthly sessions at the Glasgow ERG tab in our Sign-Up Genius. Find the link at justicerowing.org
