WALK-OFF WIN!

The 14U Wildcats battled all night and came away with a thrilling 2-1 victory over Lyndhurst Lightning in 7 innings at Daniels Park!

Trailing 1-0 late, the Wildcats stayed locked in and found a way. In the bottom of the 7th, Bryson Rader delivered a clutch RBI single to tie the game before Peyton Komma stepped to the plate and drove home the winning run with a walk-off single!

🔥 Noah Bizjak – 2 hits
🔥 Vince Scalish – 4 shutout innings in relief to earn the win

The defense was outstanding all night, turning TWO double plays and keeping the game within reach until the offense broke through in the final inning.

A complete team win and a great example of these players competing until the final out.

⚾💙 Bigs & Littles Night 💙⚾

One of the coolest moments of the season tonight as our 10U Wildcats joined the 14U Wildcats for our game against Lyndhurst!

The 10U players got to be part of pregame, spend time with their older Wildcats teammates, and cheer them on from the dugout all game long. It was awesome seeing our younger players look up to the older boys and our 14U players embrace their role as leaders and role models.

Thank you to all of the players, families, and coaches who made tonight special. We can’t wait to do it again!

🏆 REBEL ROUSER TOURNAMENT WRAP-UP 🏆

What an incredible weekend for the Willoughby Wildcats!

Our Wildcats teams combined for an outstanding weekend of baseball, highlighted by two tournament championships and an all-Wildcats championship game in the 11U division.

🥇 9U Wildcats - Tournament Champions
The 9U squad dominated from start to finish, outscoring opponents 51-5 on their way to the championship.

🥇 11U Wildcats Black - Tournament Champions
In a special championship matchup featuring two Wildcats teams, Wildcats Black defeated Wildcats Bloom to capture the title. Big home runs by Moose in the Seminole final game, and Logan in the championship game!

🥈 8U Wildcats - Tournament Finalists
The 8U team battled all the way to the championship game before falling 1-0 in an incredible 10-inning pitchers’ duel against Mentor.

From our youngest players to our oldest, every Wildcats team competed with heart, represented our organization with class, and made us proud.

A huge thank you to our players, coaches, families, volunteers, sponsors, and the visiting organizations who helped make the Rebel Rouser another fantastic weekend of baseball in Willoughby.

A great weekend of baseball so far for the Willoughby Wildcats!

Our teams have battled all weekend long, putting together an impressive 11-3 combined record heading into Championship Sunday. From clutch hits to big-time bombs, Wildcats baseball has been on full display.

Thank you to all of the players, coaches, families, volunteers, and visiting organizations for making the Rebel Rouser another outstanding tournament.

Good luck to all of our Wildcats teams as bracket play begins. Finish strong and keep representing Willoughby with pride!

The 12U Wildcat bats were hot again today with 3 more 💣 ⚾️! Bentley Lemons, Alex Roby and Gabriel D’Alessandro all parked it over the fence and helped the team earn the win. Let’s keep the bats alive as we head into bracket play tomorrow!
