By partnering with vulnerable communities in Ethiopia, we strive to equip vulnerable people to live stable and sustainable lives. We focus our work in one or two communities, providing integrated solutions, to deliver the most impact.

Our vocational training program equips young adults with practical skills: electric installation, mobile maintenance, sewing.

Skills that turn into real income and real options.

Many of the trainees are themselves children of mothers in our savings groups. The same word passed forward: learn, keep moving.

Yes, savings. Yes, training. Yes, businesses.

But also this: a circle of women who believed Bire could keep going on the days she wasn't sure. A group that encouraged her after the chickens were lost. The voices that said try again.

📚 Empowering Students Through Life Skills Training

We recently provided life skills training to 252 students in grades 5–8 through a collaborative effort between the school administration and an external training organization.

The training focused on helping students strengthen essential skills that support academic success, including:
✅ Time management
✅ Academic goal setting
✅ Effective study strategies
✅ Communication and confidence-building
✅ Positive social interaction

Each student was encouraged to create personalized academic goals and study plans, with special support given to students in grades 6 and 8 as they prepare for national examinations this year.

We are proud to support young learners with the tools and confidence they need to succeed both in school and beyond. 🌟
