Our feelings can be very personal to us, and that’s okay. But sometimes not opening up about our feelings can lead us to closing ourselves off from
acknowledging them, or even trusting God with them.

This week we want to challenge you to practice acknowledging your emotions. Set a reminder on your phone, put a sticky note on your mirror, or maybe just commit
a part of your daily routine to being silent and asking yourself,
“How do I feel today?”.
