When we started this journey 6/01/2026, a couple of the kids when they came in asked.. “coach, where are the pancakes?” (We knew that question was coming!)😂 Well today after 10 weeks, they finally got their pancakes! 10 weeks is a long time to do anything, so we can’t thank the kids and parents enough for that level of dedication. We tell our kids all the time, nothing works if you don’t! At times it may be boring it maybe repetitive, but it’s completely necessary if you want to be great, but not only that, these are good life lessons for these kids. They had to be responsible, go to bed and get up in the morning in the middle of their summer vacation! They should be commended for that. 👏🏾 We learned, we had fun, and we definitely got better! Thank you all who participated and supported us, and those who continue to support us, (you know who you are) we are forever grateful! For the coaches we gave up our summer as well, so thank you to the staff it’s been a long road, but our work isn’t done, now focus shifts to our comp season, with our first assessment date this coming Saturday August 8th starting at 1pm (please check our website for times) Hope to see everyone there! For those on the fence, see you on the court! 😉

7 weeks in, rain, sleet, hail, snow, we show up! It’s truly impressive the amount of kids that have shown up to work out at 7am for 7 weeks! It’s a huge commitment not only on the student athlete, but also for the parents who have the job of waking up cranky kids in the morning! So parents thank you! 3 weeks remain to earn your pancakes! Reminder to cap the last week of BC first assessment day will be August 8th at SRC, times per age group are posted on our website. www.upak907.com Registration for UPAK littles is also now open!

Another great day of work in the books. Shot out to UPAK Alum Devonte Hall, and Jayden Miranda for coming through and putting the work in with us, you guys presence alone is inspiring to the next generation of hoopers because if they see you guys putting in the work, they see and understand what they have to do and have no excuse, so thanks fellas. Don’t run from the work, it will always catch up to you.
