It’s the end of Cookie season already! Are you wanting to support the Girl Scouts but not interested in having cookies in your house? Our Scouts are looking to increase their Cookie donation boxes!

We are wanting to have 2 donation sites this year! Our local elementary school staff and our local food pantry. We are aiming for 40 more boxes to hit our Troops donation goal. Cookies are $6 a package. Please place an order in the link for “Girl Delivery” and let the Troop know it’s for donation cookies. This order option will allow us to use our physical inventory to donate the cookies. You can always reach out to the Troop about donating a box if you’d prefer.

The Troop enjoyed the outdoors with a joint event with Dover-Eyota Cub Scouts. Pack 47. We learned about leaves, first aid on the trail, put our outdoor finders to use to find nature items, hiking safety and then finished our time together with a hike.

🎶 Make new friends, but keep the old. One is silver and the others gold. A circle is round, it has no ends. That’s how long I want to be your friends. 🎶

The girls’ favorite part was our Catepillar mascot! He participated in the day with us and in return, a home was made for him with the nature resources the girls found. He was even an item to find on their nature scavenger hunt.

The girls honored Juliette Gordon Low’s birthday by making Birthday bags for Eyota’s Front and Center. They had fun collecting items and sorting the bags out.

They dropped off the bags and were given a tour and learned all about Front and Center. The girls dropped off 105 lbs worth of Birthday bags!

Do you have unused and unwanted fingernail polish? That one color you thought you’d like but you actually don’t? Have a bottle your daughter begged to get and then said they don’t like that color!? 💅🏻

Well you are in luck!! Our Troop is looking for those unused and unwanted bottles of nail polish for an upcoming Troop activity! Any and all colors will work! Send us a message if you have some you’d like to donate to our Troop.

Bridging ceremony complete for a great end of our scouting year. We gained more Brownies this year and couldn’t be more excited for the next year of adventures together!

We had fun painting rocks and then hiding them around town! Fun was had with 100+ rocks and lots of giggles. Great designs and artists in our Troop. Lots of fun ideas that included
7 Minions
6 polka dots
5 lady bugs
4 hearts
3 M&Ms
2 watermelons

1 Priceless memory

The girls were invited to help the Cub Scouts clean up trash in the school woods! They had fun finding what they could and identifying plants as they walked around.
