Brothers and sisters,
Despite Trane's refusal to allow us to properly observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a holiday, today, let's honor the man who stood firm in the face of inequality and injustice. Dr. King's work in the fight for civil and labor rights is not finished, it continues every day with each one of us. I will not give up the fight for equality and fairness in our workplace, including our right to properly observe this day the same as the rest of the Trane Technologies family.
