If you knew someone that needed to have a door put up and needed the help to do so and you had someone in your business network that could help them, wouldn’t you offer that referral? That’s where our FBNI would come in handy, by sharing our business information with each other and then passing it on to people who are in need of such services or products. Along with knowing merchants, who have dif
ferent services and products, this will give you the advantage to share and possibly do business with that same potential customer or prospect. The dream to build this business Ohana started off as a vision to reach new heights in business networking. My son posted a quote on his page that stated, “Aim and shoot for the moon, because if you miss you will hit the stars”. The day that I read this quote, was the day that vision became a dream. With our businesses standing strong together and remaining optimistic about the future together, this dream will become reality, just as real as our businesses are this very day. Visions, dreams, and reality will make the stars our limit and hopefully boost our monthly volume for each of our businesses. With technology and the internet, we have unlimited resources for advertisement on Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, etc. that will always fall in the favor of business owners. Using and sharing our FBNI with our friends on Facebook alone will help each of our businesses to grow and prosper. Listing our businesses on a group or page will show our friends on Facebook the resources and connections that will also be available to potential customers and prospects to choose from. There will be no I or individual in this group to make decisions. Together we are here, and we will share, discuss, and vote together on issues as a group if one should arise. FBNI WILL ALWAYS BE FREE: I have seen many ads about people becoming multimillionaires overnight and will give you a free lunch or dinner along with a free I-pod to lure their victims. At the end of the meeting to find out the real way to make money, you’ll have to pay a few hundred to a few thousands of dollars to go to the next step. That by no means will ever be the purpose of this group nor will it ever be considered. That is why it will remain absolutely FREE!!! It was started off FREE and will remain FREE for the existence of our group. WHAT IS NEEDED: Completion of FBNI Membership Form. No personal information such as social security numbers will be needed to join our FBNI. A contact number is a must. An Email, a website, and a business address are usually needed, but not required if you don’t have one. There will be a network box at each meeting for business cards or fliers to share with our FBNI members and referrals. After our meetings we will have time to share and discuss ideas between members that have helped other members to make their businesses grow and increase in sales. Above all what is asked from all members to make our FBNI succeed is a commitment to our businesses, referrals, and each other. RULES: No merchant, business, or non-profit organization will be bound to any contract or agreement to stay with our FBNI. Also if you want to advertise your business on our page, you must submit your FBNI HAWAII MEMBERSHIP FORM in person at one our meetings. Any business(es) that have not submitted a form will not be allowed to advertise there business on our page, no exceptions.
• Each business category (plumber, electrician, etc.) will be allowed 1 representative only.
• Merchants will be allowed to represent multiple businesses and/or organizations on a first come first serve basis.
• Your business or non-profit organization may have multiple representatives as long as they are listed on the FBNI Membership Form under Associates.
• Guests will be allowed as long as the category that they represent is vacant. Due to conflict of interest, there will be no acceptations to this rule.
• As members you will be able to submit rules that you feel should be implemented at any time of which will be reviewed, and voted on by FBNI. Together we can make a difference in our lives, our businesses, and a lasting impression in all of our communities.
