Halfway through the drive and here's where things stand!

Last week was a big one on the leaderboard. Bailey surged 58% and jumped into second place for Leagues. Saunders still leads at $55,500, but the gap is now shrinking.

Leagues:
Saunders: $55,500
Bailey: $39,300 (+58%)
Wicker: $35,505 (+11%)
Mayberry: $27,510 (+4%)

Teams:
Pirok: $15,200 (+11%)
DRB: $13,102
Marshall: $11,812 (+20%)
Builders FirstSource: $8,785 (+17%)
Westwood: $6,888

With our teams, Marshall is closing in on DRB, with just $1,290 between them. Builders FirstSource is climbing too.

Meet League Leader Chris Hartley
Division President, K. Hovnanian Homes

Meet another one of this year's League Leaders: Chris Hartley, who's bringing his energy and leadership to the Builders for Babies Diaper Drive.

Chris brings more than two decades of homebuilding experience to his role as Division President for K. Hovnanian Homes in DFW, having worked with both public and private homebuilders across the country. Beyond his day-to-day leadership, he's a familiar voice in the industry — a frequent contributor to leading publications, a guest on countless podcasts and a sought-after public speaker. His work has earned him numerous local, regional and national awards, including a Gold Award at The Nationals through the National Association of Homebuilders. He has also served on the Zillow Builder Advisor Board and currently serves as a Board Member for AtlasRTX.

Outside of homebuilding, Chris is deeply committed to giving back. He's an active member of the American Cancer Society's marathon team, Team Determination, currently working toward completing all seven World Marathon Majors. He's also preparing for another full Ironman Triathlon on behalf of National Angels, a foster care organization close to his heart, and completing his first children's book.

We've got a little over a month left. Be like Chris and make a difference for local families: https://www.homeaidnorthtexas.org/builders-for-babies2026
