took good care of us for our group workout this month 🫶🏼

Not only was the class itself super effective and relaxing, but the space itself was such a vibe.

We got our butts kicked this month over at .studios 🥵

Thankfully we got to cool down afterwards - we loved our mini lymphatic drainage demo!!

girlgroup hosts a group workout every month - we partner with local studios and try to mix things up month to month so you get to try something new!

One thing’s for sure - we’ll definitely be partnering with Empowerfit again. 10/10 recommend 😍
