Not the outcome we wanted today, but these players gave it everything they had. It was hot, we were short-handed with Spring Break, and not having subs like we usually do meant they had to push through the whole game.....and they did. They showed heart, grit, and never backed down.

As coaches, we’ve got to do a better job teaching them how to respond and come back in moments like this. That’s on us, and we’ll get better right along with them.

So proud of this team and the fight they showed. We’ll learn from this one, grow, and be ready to bounce back next game. 💪⚽️🔥

⚽️🔥 FIRST GAME. FIRST WIN. LET’S GO!! 🔥⚽️

What a way to kick off the season! These players came out ready to WORK and left everything they had on the field. From the first whistle to the last it was nonstop action.....go, go, go the whole game!

The hustle, the heart, the teamwork…..it all paid off and we walked away with the W - 4️⃣–3️⃣! 🙌

Couldn’t be prouder of this group and the fight they showed today. If this is how we’re starting the season, it’s going to be an exciting one to watch! 💪⚽️🔥

Did you know that Eufaula has a satellite league through McAlester United Soccer Club but we are based out of Eufaula?!?! We are about to start our 3rd season! Today marks the final day of our 50/50 raffle, and we just want to take a moment to say how truly thankful we are for the incredible support from our community. ❤️⚽🖤

Every single ticket you’ve purchased helps us continue to keep our soccer fields in top shape for our kids. It’s easy to forget all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating a safe and beautiful place for them to play. Did you know…
✅ We have to stripe the fields every 2 weeks, and that’s about $45 in materials each time – not including labor because we donate our time!
✅ The city only mows every 10 days, so the in-between mowing falls on us (and we all know how fast that grass grows this time of year 🌱).
✅ This fundraiser also allows us to maintain the grass, keep it bug-free, and ensure the fields stay the best of the best for our kids.

Because of your generosity, we are able to give our players a beautiful place to play and grow. Thank you for being a part of that! ❤️

Our drawing is planned for tomorrow night, Tuesday, August 5th and we’ll go LIVE on Facebook to announce the winner!

In full transparency, my father-in-law is having a stent put in tomorrow, which could lead to open-heart surgery. If things progress for him, we may push the drawing by a day—but we’ll keep everyone updated. And we really appreciate your understanding with this.

Our U12 Eufaula Ironheads Soccer Team has been hard at work raising money through their 50/50 raffle — and we are blown away by your support this weekend at Pride of Eufaula Whole Hawg!
