Annie needs a forever home

Contact Animal Rescue, Inc.

Of the 8 chihuahuas rescued from a trash dumpster, we’ve found homes for 7 of them. One left !! Annie is currently in a foster home learning what life is like as a pampered pooch. If you would like to give Annie her furever home, fill out an application on our website.

🥶 Brrrr—Winter weather alert for pets!

Please take extra precautions during expected severe winter weather to keep your animals safe:

🏠 Keep pets indoors as much as possible; limit outdoor time to quick potty breaks
🐕 Shorten walks and watch closely for signs of cold stress
🧂 Avoid heavily salted sidewalks—salt and deicers can burn paws
✅ Use pet-safe ice melt around your home
🐾 Wipe paws and bellies after outings to remove salt and ice

Know the law (Baltimore County)
When temperatures fall below 32°F or during an active winter/cold weather warning, dogs may not be left outside unattended for more than 30 minutes without access to continuous, suitable shelter.
