We’re growing—and with that growth comes an opportunity to deepen the work that sustains safety, dignity, and healing across New Mexico.

The New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence is hiring two Training Specialists to help strengthen IPV/DV services statewide. These roles are not just about training—they are about shaping the future of advocacy, ensuring that those who walk alongside survivors are equipped, supported, and grounded in practices that honor lived experience.

We are seeking individuals who:
• Bring experience as advocates and/or trainers in Advocacy Essentials
• Lead with a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach
• Hold expertise in Abuse Intervention Programs (AIP) and/or Children’s Capacity Services

These positions will support providers across the state through training, technical assistance, and collaboration—helping build a network of care that reaches every community, including those too often overlooked.

This is an invitation to be part of something larger than a role. It’s an opportunity to contribute to a movement rooted in safety, collective wisdom, and the belief that every survivor deserves access to responsive, compassionate support.
