🎤💛 Shout Out to the Coaches! 💛🎤

One thing we hear over and over from our coaches is this:
“I came to help the kids… but I ended up being changed too.”

There’s something powerful about showing up consistently for the next generation. Encouraging them. Believing in them. Walking alongside them.

And this summer, we’d love for more parents and volunteers to experience that too.

You do not have to be perfect. You just have to be willing to show up.

Our June Summer Camp cannot happen without amazing people stepping in to lead, encourage, and help create an unforgettable week for these kids.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free.

At Play as One, we are deeply grateful for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice so families like ours can gather, worship, coach, mentor, play, and live freely.

This Memorial Day, we pray for the families carrying the weight of loss, for the men and women who have served our nation, and for hearts that never forget the cost of freedom.

“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15

Today we give thanks.

🏈💛 Spring Football Recap 💛🏈

This season was full of growth, energy, teamwork, and moments these athletes will remember for a long time.

We watched confidence build week after week as players learned new skills, encouraged each other, and competed with heart.

More than football, this season was about leadership, perseverance, and becoming stronger together.

We’re so proud of this group and everything they accomplished.

And the fun isn’t over 👏

🏌️‍♀️Join us on May 29, 2026, for the 3rd Annual Play as One Chick Embrey Golf Classic at the stunning Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos, CA. With a shotgun start at 8:00 AM, golf enthusiasts and community supporters will come together for a day filled with friendly competition, all in support of our mission to empower youth through sports and education.

Participants will enjoy a challenging round of golf, followed by an exciting live auction, a thrilling silent auction, and a chance to win fabulous prizes in our raffle. Together, we will make a difference in the lives of children, fostering teamwork and leadership skills through play.
