We’re beyond excited to share the very first Project Curb Appeal transformation led by Stacey Santos & Megan DeMarco of the Stacey Santos Team (RE/MAX) — at 5753 Crowell Ave, Erie, PA! 🎉

This isn’t a flip. This isn’t prep for market. This is community care.
Project Curb Appeal helps local homeowners who can’t afford exterior updates — or can’t physically DIY — by rallying volunteers, local contractors, landscapers, and painters who donate labor, time, materials, and heart to restore beauty, dignity, and pride to homes across our area.

✨ 5753 Crowell Ave Highlights:
✔️ Donated landscaping + seasonal cleanup
✔️ Fresh exterior stain and newly painted doors, accents, and trim touch-ups
✔️ Entry refresh: beds edged, new mulch, stone, and porch parge/polish

Huge gratitude to the generous local pros who stepped up on this first build—your hands changed more than a yard; you lifted a family and brightened a block. 💛
