Joseph Amato, District Director, Small Business Association's Nevada District Office (Las Vegas, NV)
Joseph was appointed District Director for the SBA’s Nevada District Office in August of 2017. A former executive and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in small business development and commercial lending, Joseph oversees the delivery of Small Business Administration services in Nevada from the SBA’s Las Vegas District Office, and Reno area office.

Michael is an Intellectual Property (IP) and Entertainment lawyer, a U.S. Patent Attorney, and a U.K. Solicitor (England and Wales). Michael counsels clients on all aspects of IP including procuring protections, managing transfers, agreements, and litigation.

Vincent Leoni, Partner/CPA – Miller Kaplan (Los Angeles)
Vincent, the partner-in-charge of the licensing & royalties department, has more than 30 years of experience in entertainment, media, and technology – providing consulting, royalty and contract compliance, and profit participation examinations. He has traveled across the globe, performing hundreds of licensee exams on behalf of major trademark licensors in Asia, Europe, and Australia.
Vincent has also provided litigation support services for-profit participants and licensors and repeatedly analyzed income streams to determine damages and the appropriate share of profits, revenues, and royalties due to participants.
Tyler Gould, VP Finance and Development – BondIt
Tyler is an integral member of the BondIt deal team, taking point in negotiating, structuring, and contracting deals in addition to risk analysis, business development, and other ongoing operations. Gould also oversees the internal development slate of projects by reviewing, developing, and packaging projects for original productions. Gould has a background in film production and finance, graduating with degrees in Radio/Television/Film and Economics from Northwestern University.
Grady Craig, VP of Business Development – BondIt
Grady is responsible for investment structuring and analysis, business development, and supporting the company’s financing, accounting, operations, marketing, and administration. His versatility serves indie screenwriters, producers, and filmmakers alike, as he’s packaging and pitching a number of feature films and episodic series on his Executive Producing slate. He holds degrees in Economics and Film Studies, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, from Boston College.
