Here is how things started out to see how the horses would react to the sound of the gun being fired. A .45 and a .22 were shot.

Shawnee's horse Sarabi took to the shooting pretty well. Sarabi is a 3 year old AQHA mare that has had roughly 60-65 rodes over the last year. Clint thought Shawnee could have shot off her but, Sarabi was acting out a bit about being ridden and we kept it safe.

Shawnee was able to shoot off her horse Ditty. Ditty is a 14 year old OTTB mare that has been sitting for a few months and is coming back into work.

Kristy's horse Reba took to mounted shooting super quick! Reba is a 4 year old AQHA mare that has doem nothing but trails. In just an hour of practice, Krosty was shooting the balloons at a walk/trot.
