So grateful to everyone who helped us to purchase a new Lawn Mower this past week while we were down in Jamaica working at the Iyante Sports Complex. It might seem like a small addition but to these kids it's makes a BIG difference!
We'll be posting more here from our trip this past week so stay tuned!

Denver Family! We have partnered with to raffle off 2 FRONT ROW seats in section 115 for the Home Opener against on Feb. 28!
Head on over to Denver Location to enter and grab some rolled Ice-Cream! Tickets are 3$ a piece or 5 for 10$. Unlimited entries allowed with ALL proceeds going directly to our work in 11 Mile, Jamaica at the Iyante Sports Complex where we are helping to grow strong, resilient communities through the beautiful game! ⚽️

held the first-ever Football Face-off this past weekend at the Iyante Community Center! The Nets we donated got PLENTY of use and we also donated some funds to assist with the purchase of a Cooler and Water as well as funding for the Refs to come out and call the games!
Seeing the Community come together around this shared space is exactly why we're helping! Giving the Youth a space to play and be proud of can do so much for A Community.

1st Project Already Complete! 💪⚽️
While we were in Eleven Mile on our first visit, I noticed something… or really, I noticed something missing from the Iyanti Soccer Pitch — nets for the goals!

One of my biggest frustrations, even here in the U.S., is showing up to play and realizing there are no nets. And trust me, it may seem small, but having a net to shoot into instead of chasing balls all over the field is a HUGE confidence boost. Not to mention all the energy saved after you just scored a goal 😅

So I made it a priority to change that.

As soon as I got home and officially started Roots & Goals, I purchased 2 full-size soccer nets for the community. Those nets made it to Rohan this past week and are now installed on the goals for everyone to use and fulljoy! 🤙

A small step, but a meaningful one — and the first of many.

Greetings Friends❤️💛💚
My name is Kyle, and I’m the founder of Roots & Goals. I’ll be running this page myself, and I wanted to share a bit about how this organization was born.

Roots & Goals was conceived while on my honeymoon with my wife at in Jamaica. While there, I instantly connected with Rohan over soccer and our shared love for simple, sustainable living. Thankfully, I had packed my boots and was invited to lead a youth training session one evening.

Sitting in our cabin on Rohan’s property later that night, I felt deeply inspired. Seeing the pure joy in those kids as they played this beautiful game had a real impact on me. In that moment, I knew I had to help.

The next morning, I shared that feeling with Rohan. We spoke about youth development, community, and his vision of restoring the Iyanti Sports Complex to its former glory — a space where people could gather, collaborate, and grow both on and off the field

With Rohan’s blessing, Roots & Goals was born.

Our mission is simple:
To empower rural and under-resourced communities through soccer — connecting youth, local leaders, and volunteers to cultivate teamwork, confidence, and sustainable growth.

I’m looking forward to sharing this journey with you all and watching it blossom into something truly meaningful for the communities we serve 🙏

This is the Iyante Sports Complex — the site of our very first Roots & Goals project.
Nestled in the hills of Eleven Mile, about 30 minutes outside Kingston, this land is surrounded by lush green landscape, rolling hills, and a community that deeply cares about what’s being built here.
has already poured countless hours of personal time, labor, and heart into restoring this field — clearing overgrowth, maintaining the grounds, and giving local youth a place to train, grow, and gather with pride. What was once overrun is slowly being brought back to life.
The current project underway is the construction of a small storage facility with showers and restrooms. These may seem like simple additions, but they are essential. They’ll provide a safe place to store equipment and a clean, dignified space for players and families during practices and match days.
To help complete this build, we are currently seeking donations of construction tools, equipment, or funds to purchase building materials. If you feel called to support or get involved, please Donate though the link on our page or reach out directly.
