Emporia Regional Quilters Guild

07/14/2026

Last month at our guild meeting, we were joined by Theresa Ward, who gave a wonderful presentation on incorporating strings into quilts!

String quilts are created by sewing strips of fabric (such as scraps or jelly roll strips) together in a variety of creative designs. Theresa shared approximately 40 beautiful examples, providing plenty of inspiration for everyone.

We also enjoyed a fantastic show-and-tell featuring projects from several of our talented guild members.

Our next meeting is TONIGHT!
Messiah Lutheran Church 1101 Neosho Street
Doors open at 6:00 PM
Meeting begins at 6:30 PM

Whether you’re an experienced quilter or just curious about quilting, everyone is welcome. We’d love to have you join us!
