✂️ FAST FRIDAYS IS HERE.

Every Friday, we fast from something. Not always food — we're fasting from thoughts, habits, and behaviors that are keeping us stuck.

This Friday: we fast from negative self-talk. Every lie that rises up — you capture it, you replace it.

This is how transformation actually happens. One fast. One Friday at a time.

Follow + share this with someone who needs to fast from something ✂️
