Join us for a transformative journey into peace and relaxation with our Musical Mantra Sound Bath on Thursday, September 4th at 7:45pm! We'll get started with an initial liveliness through music and micro movement to engage our bodies energy systems. Then, through spoken word, intentional song, and digitized tonality we combine crystal bowl resonance to bring natural tone crescendos with the Solfeggio frequencies and Earth’s Schumann resonance throughout the experience. This weekend is calling for all the calming and healing vibes and we are all in! 💜 Start your Saturday morning with a Free Yoga Class at 9am with Susan Pirozzolo! Then on Sunday, our Community Reiki Share will be hosted in The Grand Hall at 5:30pm. Between both of these gatherings, you're going to feel more balanced and ready to take on the week ahead!

💌💌💌So here is the invitation, to be sitting with the knowledge that it’s okay to have feelings. If you’re going to feel angry, you might as well feel it fully. Do not bypass the anger, do not belittle or shame yourself for feeling angry. Be present with the anger as if there is a fire in front of you representing that anger. Just watch the flames and feel their heat. We are not trying to fix anything here. Just watch the flames…..and feel their heat.

🔥🔥🔥We are just sitting with that knowing, mindfully realizing how we are feeling, and expanding our awareness of it. This is part of being human. Often, when you can come to this place of knowing, you can then move down into another layer of yourself, which your body has been trying to show you.

🤗Feeling emotions are what makes us human. It is a part of the human experience. Quite often, these anxious or fearful emotions are indicators, or opportunities inviting you to dive deeper within yourself.

👽Fear and anxiety can take you to the edge of who you know yourself to be and invite you to become more aligned with your true self. The more mindful you are of your edge, when these indicators pop up, the more you can broaden your capacity and your abilities to navigate your emotions using them as tools, rather than debilitating experiences.

🧠The by-product here is to expand our capacity to feel and understand ourselves.

☀️For example, if I am feeling anxious, let me first become mindful that I am anxious. This is a big step. Recognizing that I am feeling this way. I am starting to become mindful of my emotions, simply by recognizing and acknowledging how I am feeling.

One way of answering this question is by simply making an effort to become aware of the feelings that are present now. And even of the feelings inside the feelings, which means to really sense them deeply…inwardly and outwardly. 🙏
