๐ Shape the Future of Our Stage: Join the Booster Board! ๐
It is that time of year again! In accordance with our bylaws, the Elma Performing Arts Boosters are holding elections for the upcoming school year.
We need your help, and this year it is imperative that we welcome new members. Our bylaws require a minimum of 3 board members to operate, and as of June, we will be down to just 2. We need passionate parents and community members to step up so we can continue supporting our amazing student performers!
Why Join the Boosters?
๐ถ Direct Impact on Students: Your involvement ensures we can continue funding essential needsโsuch as meals, transportation, and event and equipment grants.
๐ญ Low Time Commitment: We meet just once a month. To make it easy to fit into your busy life, you can attend either in-person or virtually via Zoom.
๐ฃ Direct Impact: Help us coordinate recognitions, concessions, and events for the students who pour so much heart into the arts.
Available Board Positions: We are currently accepting nominations and looking to fill the following roles:
President: Guide the vision of the boosters and run our monthly meetings.
Vice President: Support the president, assist with event planning, and manage social media communications
Secretary: Keep our records organized and manage our communications.
Treasurer: Help manage funds to directly benefit the kids and programs.
