Happy Women Up Wednesday!!!

One of the most rewarding things I have learned on this healing journey is introspection. It has allowed me the space to reflect on my life events and understand how they have contributed to the way I have treated, talk to and even carried myself.

Introspection has allowed me to be kind, appreciative, forgiving, understanding, compassionate and loving to myself. This doesn’t mean I won’t make mistakes or make another bad choice or have a bad reaction. It invites me to dive deeper into the “WHAT” and “WHY”

Introspection offers us growth, healing, prosperity, accountability and opportunity!

Today I invite you to focus on the “YOU”!
