Autism Charity Rock Show

Wednesday afternoon decided to push past the awkward part of this job — walking into local businesses and asking strangers to support 4th Annual Autism Charity Event at Generations Adventureplex Presented by Rivals Gaming with their hard-earned money. It's not my favorite thing to do, if I'm being honest.

Swung into Rivals Gaming, Cards, Comics, and Hobbies on Lincolnway (100 Center area) in Mishawaka. Owner wasn't in, so just left a sponsorship packet.

99% of the time... you never hear anything back. That's just how it goes.

This time was different.

Thursday I'm at work and hear "You've got mail", ok not really...it's not the 90s anymore. It's from Rivals Gaming. They want to be our ROCKSTAR SPONSOR.

Had to read it like 20 times to make sure it was real. lol

This is what community looks like. A local small business stepping up BIG for a local charity event.
