This is a family fun run raising funds for Backing the Blue Line and the Officer Besser Memorial Scholarship Fund. Backing the Blue line is a locally founded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization composed of police wives dedicated to the support of the law enforcement community in Minnesota . Officer Besser loved the time he served as a police liaison for the Elk Rive School District. He has a strong

relationship with God and was always serving the community and our country through his service in the Air Force. He brought a light, fun environment wherever he want and was known for his saying "Good morning Sunshine!". We hope to honor Officer Todd Besser and his service by assisting local area students in furthering their education with the scholarship fund.
