Setting boundaries isn’t about pushing people away—it’s about protecting your peace, honoring your needs, and creating space for healing.

You are allowed to say:
✨ “No.”
✨ “I’m not ready.”
✨ “That doesn’t work for me.”
✨ “I need time.”
✨ “I deserve to be treated with respect.”

Whether you’re a survivor, a loved one, or simply learning to prioritize your well-being, remember that healthy boundaries are not selfish—they’re essential.

At Phyllis’s Garden, we believe healing includes reclaiming your voice and recognizing that your needs matter.
