Smart Growth for Elizabeth is meeting on Thursday 6/5/25 at 6:00pm at the Elizabeth Library (615 S Beverly St. Elizabeth, CO 80107). Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting to see what the group is all about and discuss the Gold Creek Commons development. We hope to see some new faces. Have a wonderful weekend!

A new notice of PUD has gone up on the parcel between 86 and SR3. Looks like it’s across from EW.
