🚨Calling all singers!🚨

Do you want the honor of performing the Mexican National Anthem LIVE at La Fiesta de Elgin before El Grito on Saturday, Sept. 13?

How to Enter: Record a 30–60 second video of yourself singing the Mexican National Anthem.

Submit your video by either:
Sending us a DM on Facebook or Instagram
or Emailing it to [email protected]

Deadline: Friday, Aug. 29 by 5 p.m.
Be sure to include your name and phone number with your submission. No age limit—all voices are welcome!

Contestants must be available Sept. 13 from 8:30–9:30 p.m. at Festival Park. The winner will be selected by the committee and notified on Sept. 3. After confirmation, the winner will be announced on our social media.

This is your chance to shine on stage and be part of one of Elgin’s most cherished celebrations!

La Caravana comienza en el estacionamiento ubicado en la dirección

-Puesta en escena : 10am
-Tiempo de salida : 12pm
- Ruta: Slade Ave. directo a
Douglas Ave. y se terminará en la Highland Ave. pero de ahí no se acaba la fiesta!

Aunque este evento es gratuito, les estamos pidiendo a los participantes que donen productos enlatados para beneficiar a las despensas de alimentos locales sin fines de lucro en Elgin, IL y sus alrededores.
El lugar de entrega será en 901 Center st
