We had such a great time hosting our Nutrition for Hormone Health & Fertility class with Embody Nutrition & Wellness PLLC! 💪✨

Together, we learned how small, intentional changes in the way we eat can have a big impact on our hormone balance, energy, and overall reproductive health. From understanding blood sugar balance to building nutrient-rich meals that support your cycle — it was such an empowering and informative session.
