🎅We are so happy to announce our form is out for our December 2025 Christmas season. This program is for active duty Soldiers E4 and below with dependent children newborn to 14 years old on Fort Bliss Army Installation in El Paso Texas only. PLEASE READ THE FORM BEFORE SUBMITTING. Form must be completely filled out to be accepted. You can email the form or drop it off at 1123 Baldwin in red mailbox on building. Form needs to be signed by your chain of command and submitted to us by November 28, 2025. We do not accept walk-ins and children are not allowed at the building.
