Road to Success Association had the opportunity to sponsor a wonderful training on Connection Before Correction. This training was a great reminder that becoming a successful teacher begins with you. Before we can guide, support, or correct children, we must first understand ourselves—our tone, our patience, our reactions, and the way we build meaningful connections.

At Road to Success, our goal is to support educators in their journey by providing opportunities that encourage growth, reflection, and confidence in the classroom. We encourage everyone to participate in trainings like this! They are fun, interactive, and full of valuable tools that help us continue growing in the early childhood field.

When teachers grow, children grow. 🌱✨

CCS currently has funding available, and the waitlist is moving quickly. This program can help eligible families cover the cost of child care while parents work, attend school, or participate in job training.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸❤️
