We are a service organization that meets at Wheat Penny Cocktail Bar located at 214 W. on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month.

Cocktails for CASA last night at Wheat Penny!

Nearly $1,000 raised in tips for CASA for Kids and the Good Spirits Club showed up…some even stepping behind the bar to help pour.

We are grateful for a community that knows how to have a good time and give back. 🍸

Friday night brought out the boots, the brains, and a whole lot of community spirit 🤠

Members from the Sunrise Club, as well as Effingham Noon Rotary Club & Effingham Good Spirits Rotary Club came together for a western-themed trivia night supporting the Unit 40 Mentoring Program —and let’s just say, this crew knows how to have a good time while doing good. From friendly competition to plenty of laughs, it was a night that truly captured what Rotary International is all about: service above self.

Whether it’s mentoring, volunteering, or showing up to support a great cause, our Rotarians are always ready to step up and serve.

Just a little of what Effingham’s newest service club has been up to since it was created in October 2025. We have:

✅ Caroled at local assisted living and developmental facilities.

✅ Participated in the United Way of Effingham County Trivia Night at The Rail Yard Bar and Grill

✅ Volunteered at the Enduring Freedom Ministries food pantry.

If you would like to join, don’t hesitate to reach out! We meet on the second and fourth Tuesday each month at 5:30 p.m. at Wheat Penny in Effingham.
