This is Avery Schwalb , EHS Music and Theatre Star Student and here are some fun facts about Avery
I’ve been playing piano for 9 years and singing for 4 🎹

A fun experience I’ve had recently was going to New York with my school’s choir and singing at Carnegie Hall!

My favorite musical I’ve done so far is “9 to 5” at EHS 🕔

My favorite role was playing Kim MacAfee in “Bye Bye Birdie” 🎭

I have perfect pitch 🎶

When Alumni Players! started planning “On the Road Again”, this year’s Birthday Blowout for Route 66, we knew we needed a cake to match the occasion. 🥳

This is Zoe Ritter and here’s some fun facts about her .

I want to major in sociology and vocal performance in college.

My favorite movie is Captain America: Civil War.

I like to write music and read in my free time.

My favorite singers are Billy Joel and Mayday Parade.

I play violin and piano in addition to singing.

1. I love to sing.
2. We have two dogs and lots of fish tanks
3. I like to make clothes.
4. I like to bake cookies.
5. My dream is to wear a fancy dress and sing with an orchestra somewhere famous.

On the Road Again - Alumni Players! Musical Celebration of the 100th birthday of Route 66 is coming up on June 11 and 12th. Who’s in the cast you wonder ?

Mitchell Horsley ! and here are fun facts about him.

- After graduating from EHS, I spent a decade pursuing a performance career, primarily in musical theater and opera. It was a fun adventure, but I grew tired of regularly facing unemployment, and all the crummy jobs I had to do until a new gig came along. So I pivoted.

- Went back to school to obtain marketable skills; retired from The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency five years ago with two mementos: a badge and an expired government Official passport.

- Our first child was born one month early, at home, in the middle of the night, with five minutes warning. I would have put on clothes for the paramedics, but there was simply no time.

- I’ve met a lot of “famous people” in my life. They are just like everybody else.

This is Kim Goodner, co owner of the beloved 222 Artisan Bakery and here are Fun Facts about Kim .

1) I jumped out of a perfectly good airplane and broke my leg in 3 places .

2) At one time , Queen Elizabeth II was my boss .

3) I ran with the Bulls in Pamplona

4) I skinny dipped in the Persian Gulf

5) I am co owner of 222 Artisan Bakery where I bake , help people with their family trees and travel reservations.

On the Road Again - Alumni Players! Musical Celebration of the 100th birthday of Route 66 is coming up on June 11 and 12th. Who’s in the cast you wonder?!

This is Barb Stamer and here are some fun facts about her!

•I love coffee and can drink it all day.☕️🫶

•I love to travel, but more specifically road tripping!🛣️

•I play handbells with the other Barb that is apart of Alumni Players!, Barb Pizzini.

•I’ve lived in 📍Edwardsville my entire life and have always been active in the community!

I like Reese’s peanut butter cups, but more specifically the specialty ones for the holidays and the dark chocolate thins!

💙Most fun she has had lately?

The most fun I’ve had recently would be eating Reese’s peanut butter cups while drinking coffee. Oh! And working with the cast, crew, and band of On The Road Again for Route 66.
