Three Rivers staff are exploring the potential for a singletrack mountain bike trail within Hyland-Bush-Anderson Lakes Park Reserve. The vision is to provide a high-quality riding experience in a first-ring community, supporting the growing interest in mountain biking, while continuing to protect the high-quality natural resources within the Park Reserve.
Three Rivers staff evaluated the potential for a singletrack trail at Hyland and have concluded that a high-quality, destination mountain bike trail could be developed in the park. A general location for the trail has been identified; however, no trail design has taken place.
Before any design work takes place, we want to hear from you! You're invited to attend an open house about the proposed singletrack trail on Monday, February 9, at Richardson Nature Center from 6โ8 p.m. We've also developed a short survey for the proposed trail and we invite you to visit the project page to learn more, take the survey and share your comments. letstalkthreerivers.org/hyland-singletrack-trail
