Meet Se Hoon from our California Mentor Inland Family Home Agency program!

For over a decade, he has been living his best life with his Mentors; Loreta and Gil. Together, they’ve built a meaningful life filled with community, connection, and plenty of fun.

Three days a week, Se Hoon attends a day program, and when he’s not there, he’s often out enjoying his favorite activities — from movies and bowling to trying new restaurants.

This past year brought even more adventures, including weekend road trips and mini vacations to Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas. Along the way, Se Hoon and his Mentors have explored new places, shared new experiences, and made lasting memories together.

When asked if he enjoys living with his Mentor family, Se Hoon’s answer is always an enthusiastic “Yeah!”

Loreta and Gil say they love having Se Hoon as part of their family, especially when they get to bring him along for their weekend adventures.

Mentors do more than provide a place to call home — they open doors to new experiences, create lasting memories, and can truly change a life.

Meet Ebone and Jazmin from our California Mentor Inland Empire Family Home Agency program!

Since moving into Mentor Ebone's home in May, Jazmin has been making incredible strides. With Ebone's encouragement and support, she quickly enrolled in a day program, is enjoying community outings, and is building meaningful connections along the way.

At home, Ebone works one-on-one with Jazmin on everyday skills like writing, number recognition, and expanding her vocabulary. Through patience, consistency, and genuine care, she's helping Jazmin grow in confidence and celebrate new achievements every day.

Today, Jazmin is thriving. Her smile, confidence, and continued progress are a beautiful reminder of the difference a caring Mentor can make. Thank you, Ebone, for opening your heart and home and creating a place where Jazmin can truly flourish.
