What a heartwarming couple of days! 💛✂️🎒

The last two days were truly special—watching all the kids come in excited to get their hair cut, styled, and ready for their back-to-school pictures was an amazing experience. Seeing them walk out with backpacks full of supplies made it even more wonderful!

But the biggest takeaway? The gratitude from the families. That’s what makes what we do worth every moment.

THANK YOU to our incredible stylists, photographer, volunteers, and sponsors for helping make it all come together. We couldn’t do it without you!

🎉 Beauty For All Ages — Back-to-School Event Update! 🎒✂️

We are so excited to share that our first annual Back-to-School events are officially underway! After yesterday’s sign-up cut-off, we’re happy to announce we have 208 kids signed up for free haircuts, school pictures, and basic back-to-school supplies.

This week, we will be reaching out to everyone who signed up to share their day and time. Please be patient with us as we finalize all the little details to make sure every family has a smooth and special experience.

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible sponsors, our stylist team, and all of our volunteers—we truly couldn’t make this happen without you. 💛

Our BIG Back to School Event is almost here, and time is running out! ⏰

📚 We currently have 180 kids signed up — but our goal is 300! Help us get there! 🎉

❌ No sign-up = no participation, so don't wait!

💇 CALLING ALL STYLISTS! 💇‍♂️
We have room for 10 stylists each day! Right now we have 6 stylists and 1 barber for Saturday and 8 stylists and 1 barber for Sunday — so we still have spots to fill! If you (or someone you know) are licensed in Williams County and would love to give back to the community, please reach out for more details!

📣 We're Growing — And We Need YOU! 📣

Years ago, when I was searching for direction in my life, I prayed and asked God to show me the way — to open the doors for me to help women in need. I didn't know when or how, but I trusted Him. And when the timing was right, He answered that prayer in ways bigger than I ever imagined. 🙏💜

He blessed me with this opportunity to make people feel seen, cared for, and confident — one haircut at a time. From nursing homes to homeless shelters to survivors of domestic violence, we've been blessed to serve some of the most deserving people in our community. He didn't just open a door — He opened so much more than I ever asked for.

And now, we're taking on something BIG. 🎒✂️📸

This year, we're launching our very first annual Back-to-School Event, providing kids right here in Williams County with:
✂️ FREE haircuts
📸 FREE school pictures
📚 FREE basic school supplies

Every child deserves to walk into that first day of school feeling confident and ready to shine — and we're going to make that happen.

But here's the truth: I can't do this alone. (And believe me, as a self-proclaimed control freak, that's not easy for me to admit! 😅) God has shown me that this mission was never meant to be carried by just one person.

We are officially building our Board of Directors, and we're looking for passionate, dedicated people who believe in this mission and want to help it grow — not just for this year, but for years to come. Our dream is to one day expand into more counties and reach even more people who need us.

We'd especially love to connect with folks who have experience or interest in:
💜 Nonprofit leadership or fundraising
💜 Finance, accounting, or legal knowledge
💜 Marketing and community outreach
💜 Event planning
💜 Or simply a heart for serving others and time to give
