Your support is staying close to home. 🧡
This year, our community came together to raise an incredible $8,030 through the 2026 Wausau Walk of Hope — and we’re excited to share that 25% of those funds will directly support the Building Families Alliance WI
That means more than $2,000 raised through this year’s Walk will help support advocacy right here in Wisconsin as we work toward expanding insurance coverage for infertility treatment and fertility preservation.
The Walk of Hope has always been about making sure no one facing infertility feels alone. But support also means working toward a future where the care people need is actually accessible to them.
Community support can create change — and this is what that looks like.
To every person who walked, donated, sponsored, volunteered, shared our posts, bought a raffle ticket, or supported this event in any way: thank you. You didn't just help us reach our fundraising goal. You are helping move this work forward here at home.
We are so grateful to RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association for investing a portion of the funds raised through the Wausau Walk of Hope back into advocacy efforts in Wisconsin — and we are incredibly grateful to all of you for making it possible.

On September 26, 2026, our community came together for the 5th Annual Wausau Walk of Hope. 💛

A day for connection. A day for remembrance. A day for hope.

These photos capture so much of what makes this community special — families, friends, advocates, professionals, volunteers, and supporters showing up for those whose lives have been touched by infertility and family building.

For five years, this Walk has created a space where no one has to explain why this journey is hard or why this community matters. A place to feel seen, supported, informed, empowered, and a little less alone.

Thank you to every person who walked, donated, volunteered, sponsored, shared their story, or simply showed up. Together, we raised more than $8,000 for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association and infertility advocacy — and, most importantly, reminded one another that none of us has to walk this road alone.

WE DID IT. 😭💛
$8,030 raised. An $8,000 goal officially SURPASSED.
I don't even know if I have the words to adequately thank everyone who made this happen.

Every registration. Every donation. Every sponsorship. Every raffle ticket. Every share. Every person who volunteered their time, donated a product or service, brought food, created something, set up a table, told their story, or simply showed up and walked alongside this community — you got us here.

And that's what makes this number mean so much more than $8,030.
It's people choosing to show up for those navigating infertility. It's telling someone in the middle of treatment, loss, waiting, uncertainty, or figuring out what comes next: you are not alone.

Five years of the Wausau Walk of Hope, and this community continues to remind me why we do this. The infertility community may be the worst club with the very best members — and this weekend, you proved that all over again.

To every single person who helped make Wisconsin's only RESOLVE Walk of Hope possible this year:

A little sneak peek from yesterday. 💛

I’m still trying to put into words what it meant to see everyone come together for the Wausau Walk of Hope.

To every person who showed up, walked with us, shared their story, supported someone they love, volunteered, sponsored, donated, stopped by a resource table, bought raffle tickets, or simply helped make this space feel safe and welcoming — **thank you.**

This community continues to remind me why we do this. Infertility can feel incredibly isolating, but yesterday was proof that none of us have to walk through it alone.

And somehow, we’re not quite done yet… 👀

We are currently just $130 away from our $8,000 fundraising goal! 🤯💛

Thank you for showing up for this community in every possible way. I can’t wait to share more photos and moments from such a special day.

We are SO close. 💛

After an incredible Walk of Hope today, we are sitting at $7,750 of our $8,000 fundraising goal — just $250 away.

This community showed up today in every possible way, and I would absolutely love to see us cross that finish line together.

If you’ve been meaning to donate, this is our final push. Whether it’s $5, $10, $25 or more, every single donation gets us a little closer.

Tomorrow. 💛

Tomorrow, we walk.

For the ones in the middle of treatment.
For the ones waiting for answers.
For the ones grieving.
For the ones whose path to parenthood looks nothing like they imagined.
For the ones who have made it to the other side but will never forget what it took to get there.
And for every person who has ever felt alone in this.

The Wausau Walk of Hope was created to be more than a walk. It’s a place to show up exactly as you are. To find people who get it. To learn, connect, remember, hope, and maybe leave feeling just a little lighter than when you arrived.

Tomorrow, that community comes together again.
