We have received reports that individuals are receiving phone calls that appear to come from Eden State Bank / Texas Financial Bank’s phone number regarding alleged wire transfers or suspicious activity. These calls are NOT coming from our bank.

Scammers can “spoof” phone numbers, meaning your caller ID may show our actual bank phone number even when the call is fraudulent.

Please remember:

• We will NEVER call and ask for your online banking password
• We will NEVER ask for one-time security codes sent by text
• We will NEVER ask you to move money to another account
• Do NOT provide account numbers, debit card information, or personal information to unsolicited callers

The callers have reportedly provided a callback number of 325-718-7675. Do not call this number.

If you receive one of these calls:
✅ Hang up immediately
✅ Call your local bank branch directly using the number you know is correct
✅ Notify us if you shared any information
