Good afternoon Rocket Nation!! The band and boosters are in need of some help! Most specifically we're looking for donations for soup night at next Fridays homecoming game! The soups have all been covered but we still need supplies to make it happen! We will be selling large cups of soup for only $5!!! All proceeds goes towards helping us get to Memphis!!! The other thing we're needing and this is more of a shout out to band parents but we're needing ONE more volunteer for a chaperone for next Saturdays band competition in Pella! And yes that means riding the bus. And it's not that bad! I (Tina) have been doing it for several years ;) and will be next Saturday as well! Feel free to check out our sign up genius and see what you could help us out with!!!! Thank you in advance!!!! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080D4EACA72DABFD0-64567899-2026

Rocket nation!! The EBF music boosters are looking for some help for a few things/ events! The Oskaloosa Legion has offered to let the boosters set up a bake sale outside their post on September 17th during Oskaloosa's homecoming parade! We need bake sale donations that are easy for kids and people to walk with (think puppy chow, trail mixes, cookies or bars.) Nothing that requires needing a napkin, fork or sitting down to eat. If you can donate to this event please message Tina Rist or text her at 641 777 3348. Thank you!!! Our next need is more fun! The boosters are going to run a dunk tank from 1-4 at the Blakesburg Corn Carnival on 9/19!! It will be from 1-4 but we need bodies to be in it!! Students, adults, TEACHERS!! Please reach out to Tina Rist on this as well and we will get you on the Sign Up Genius and give you a time slot!! We have also been given permission to sell baked goods that day IF we can get enough baked goods donated and a couple people to sit at the table. All funds raised for both of these events will be going towards our Memphis trip!!!! Thank you in advance!!! We appreciate all the help we've gotten and all the help to come!!!! We are also still looking for people and businesses to sponsor us on our trip! If this is something you're interested in or know of someone or a company we would love to hear from you!! Every little bit helps!!
