soaking in Nevada desert sun, working on my complexion from the inside out. Lately there's been a slowness for me in finding the proper English words for the Divinity humility and graced love Ive been feeling. no words.
I've been practicing my breathing, slowing my breath taking fewer breaths in a minute, feeling this change in a hermetic way. ♐🧿👁️🙏🏽
Goals for the near future are :
write and do art
follow a heavy metal detox health plan
breathing exercises
check out Arizona.
start a book club with
and ; the two best children on the planet 🙏🏽🫂💫🧬
I am alive , I won't die (anytime soon). I still use a walker and wheelchair, another goal is to document this more with videos and photos. 🦋🌱 I am literally regrowing myself from inside out, my soul has gained a new dimension, my body expressing this change ....I stoop like a Crone 🕉️

The final Full Moon of the year is this weekend and the Winter Solstice follows on the 21st inviting us to take some time to reflect, pray, and cleanse and renew. Relatives, as you pray at sacred sites or attend ceremonial gatherings, please remember those mourning the loss of loved ones this year and also the thousands of Native children who have been found in mass graves in so-called "residential" schools. Pray also for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women/People, families separated by current government policies whose children were taken and are yet to be found, for children and teenagers killed by gun violence, for elders and the elderly, for protectors of the sacred, and our relations in nature. Pray also for yourselves and your loved ones.

May Grandmother Moon's high spiritual light cleanse our body, mind, and spirit and give us guidance in a way that we will understand,
May all who are selflessly working to protect Mother Earth, Water, Air, and sacred places be given the resources and support they need,
May all children be loved, nurtured, and sheltered,
May families separated by unjust laws be reunited,
May the hearts of all who mourn be given loving solace and comfort,
May we forgive and be forgiven,
May we give and receive blessings with generosity,
May all who read these words be blessed with all that they need for their health and happiness,
May prayers made with a good heart be answered with ease and grace for the benefit of All Our Relations.
Chiokkue utessia, eyaay ahun, tlazocahmati, thank you, Creator, Grandmothers and Grandfathers of the Four Directions, and holy ancestors for answering our prayers and guiding us to take right action in service to the Medicine and all our relations.

These two souls are very special.
I am still grasping at the words to find how much pride and honor I feel with them. The expression of their light reaches dark places and I am reminded every day of the joy I have in bearing them 👩‍👧‍👦🐻🫂
We've been exploring the topics of societal structures, God consciousness, Food sources, and medicine.

Today we cried about life. People's behavior that frustrates us, my dis*ease and mortality, patience, God Creator, toxicity and TRUE gratitude. What would true gratitude look like for our small family, to both give and receive it? All these topics were explored with the tears.
We also SAGED TF outta the house, the truck and outside areas, broke up a nasty dog fight (two pits going at it is no joke), and packed boxes because we are moving as soon as possible.
For food we decided together on certain things, so we made nourishing bone broth, gluten free lasagna, and sweet potatoes. We reset our communal altar (we each have our own shelf) and saged that too.
These youth are above average on many points; they've taken my diagnosis with a maturity and transparency that surpasses most of the adults in my life, they speak to me fluidly and freely about their lives with a creational confidence that leaves me so proud. I feel that today my youth saw 'the iceberg of life' for what it is. So much under the water, unseen makes us, and society, and these holidays. A lot of it's pretty cold !
YES today was a special day, raw in form, true to the times, realer than real.
Love one another.
