Happy Sunday Funday!!!! Sunday is the day we send our follow up please for supplies and this week is no different for sure.

Happy news, cat soup is on the way for Ms. Mango. Not so happy news, we still have 0 litter. We are also getting low on wet adult/kitten food and our water fountain still needs replaced. If anyone happens to be on Amazon, Chewy or out in person shopping and would like to sendnor drop off supplies we would be forever grateful.

OK, here's my Supply Stock Saturday cry for help! The first photo is all the wonderful donations received the beginning of the week, the second photo shows whats left as of today. As you can see, the amount is drastically different. It doesnt take long to use up supplies when you are caring for 83 cats/kittens. And that's why we ask you guys for help every week! Because we can not do this without you guys.

So this weeks biggest needs are:

*Wet cat/kitten food(the more the merrier)
*Litter (lots of litter)
*Soup cups(Mango gets 3 a day to help fight dehydration and help supplement nutrients)
*microchips (we do them ourselves or have inserted during procedures to save some funds for other things)
*water fountain (our fountain gave up hope and stopped working, it was the safest and best way to ensure our wobbly cats can stay hydrated without diving into the bowl)

Happy Saturday! This is not my normal supply request post, but dont worry, thats next 😹

This is my early morning heart full of joy post. Earl Grey had been coming to my house for a while for breakfast, when I started TNR during the summer, Earl disappeared. Someone had been walking around the neighborhood looking for their cat "smokey" so when Earl stopped coming around, I assumed Earl was actually Smokey and had been found.

Then this morning, as I was heading out the door for work, there sat Earl. She is thinner and looks a little dirty, but thats her none the less. Of course, I had to stop to get a video because if she isnt there when the kids get up they will never believe that she was there lol 😂

My son is planning to do the morning feedings today when he gets up since I had to be at work at 7am. But I did stop to feed Earl and the other three front porch cats at Second Chance Whiskers.

Update: DIEGO and MOGGY HAVE FOUND FOREVER HOMES! Someone go play with Puss please, she is alone in her kennel until I can take a friend to play with her.

Hey guys! So.... we kinda already knew that dental work wasn't going to be cheap. We are still going to get a few more estimates but we HAVE to start collecting donations now in order to pay for Bobbie's full mouth dental extractions.

Update on Mango and Bobbie:

Mango is doing great since starting her meds for FIP. She is staying hydrated, eating more, gaining so weight and self grooming again. She isnt out ofnthe woods yet, but she can maybe see the clear fields up ahead.

Bobbie is heading to see the kitty cat dentist today. She may or may not need extractions but we will find out more later today.

Keep these beautiful best buddies in your thoughts, prayers and send those good vibes their way please.

Five months ago, Second Chance Whiskers was approved to use the kennel space at PetSmart on 98N in Lakeland. Today, we celebrated our 50th adoption from the store!!!!!

Yesterday did NOT have the ending we wanted at all. However, we were still able to get six beautiful little girls ready to find there forever homes.

We are still slightly shy on funds for yesterday and have a dental consult lined up for tomorrow and 4 more spays lined up for Friday. If anyone could donate a dollar or two, we would be forever grateful!
